Chapter 10.78 Massage and Reflexology Businesses

Section 10.78.070 Massage practitioner or reflexologist – License or certificate required - Violation
  1. It shall be unlawful for any person to practice massage, or represent himself or herself as a massage practitioner in the city of Spokane, without a valid and current massage practitioner's license.
  1. It shall be unlawful for any person to practice reflexology, or represent himself or herself as a reflexologist in the city of Spokane, without a valid and current massage practitioner's license or certificate in reflexology.
  1. An unissued license or certificate, or an expired, revoked, or suspended license or certificate, shall not be considered a valid license or certificate.
