Section 10.78.130 Violations - Penalty
  1. The first violation of any provision of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor.
  1. Each subsequent violation of this chapter, whether alleged in the same prosecution as the first violation or in subsequent prosecutions, shall constitute a gross misdemeanor:
