Chapter 12.01 Improvement, Maintenance of Public Ways

Article VII. Citizens Streets Advisory Commission

Section 12.01.205 Procedures and Internal Operations
  1. Rules, Regulations and Procedures – Secretary – Chairperson.
    1. The CSAC shall meet at such times as it deems advisable but at least once every month.
    1. The CSAC may adopt its own internal rules and regulations and may establish its own procedures.
    1. The CSAC may appoint a member as secretary, and shall elect one of its members chairperson for a term of one year, for a term consistent with a calendar year, on or before November 15th of the preceding year. The chairperson shall be able to vote on all matters before the CSAC.
  1. The CSAC may, with approval of the mayor and subject to budget approval of the council, from time to time retain planners, consultants and other technical personnel to advise it in the performance of its duties.
  1. The CSAC may, with the approval of the mayor, be compensated for travel expenses and costs deemed necessary for the proper exercise of the authorized CSAC functions, powers, and duties.
