Section 12.02.0310 Underground Sidewalk Openings
Approval for installation of underground sidewalk openings is required. The provisions of SMC 4.03.040(B), SMC 4.03.140(D), and SMC 4.03.220(B) apply. In addition, unless otherwise specifically provided, owners of underground sidewalk installations must comply and are subject to all other provisions of this article.
