Section 12.02.0512 Hearing Examiner Review

  1. The hearing examiner reviews any appeal timely filed and may likewise suspend, revoke, or condition further enjoyment of permit privileges.
     
  2. The hearing examiner’s decision is issued in writing. It is appealable to the city council upon written notice of appeal filed with the city clerk within fifteen days of the date of issuance.
