Section 12.03.0108 Signs – Advertisement – Permission
No person shall post, distribute, or display signs, advertisements, circulars, or printed or written material at Felts Field Airport, Spokane, Washington, except with the approval of and in such manner as may be prescribed by the Spokane airport board.
