Section 12.03.0132 Penalties
In addition to penalties otherwise provided, any person operating or handling any aircraft in violation of these rules, or refusing to comply herewith, may be promptly removed or ejected from the airport by or under the authority of the airport manager and, upon the order of the airport manager, may be deprived of the further use of the airport and its facilities for such a length of time as may be required to insure the safeguarding of the same and the public and its interest therein.
