Section 12.03.0410 Revocation
A permit required by SMC 12.03.0402(A) shall be revoked by the airport’s director when evidence exists that a permittee has violated any of the sections of this chapter or has violated SMC 12.03.0432. Notice of revocation shall be in writing supported by a statement of facts and a list of witnesses to the facts stated, and the notice shall be personally served upon the permittee or mailed to the permittee by certified mail, return receipt requested. Upon service of a notice of revocation, the airport’s director shall undertake to obtain a judicial determination of the validity of the revocation in the same manner and within the same periods as are required by SMC 12.03.0406 when applications for permits are denied.
