Section 12.03.0420 No Obstruction – Delay
No person, while engaging in permitted activities, shall physically obstruct or substantially delay the free movement of pedestrian and automobile traffic within the boundaries of Spokane International Airport, nor shall such permitted activity prevent, interfere with, hamper, or curtail the conduct of business affairs at Spokane International Airport as defined in SMC 12.03.0402(B).
