Article III. Solicitation Activities
Section 12.03.0434 Limit on Numbers
- No more than five persons may conduct permitted activities at any one time on the sidewalk and no more than two persons may conduct permitted activities at any one time within the designated area in the rotunda of the terminal building.
- If more than one person, group of persons, organization, association, or business entity applies for a permit for a given time and location, the airport’s director shall allocate the number of persons permitted to conduct activities proportionally among the applicants so that the total number of permittees shall not exceed seven.
- If an exact apportionment cannot be made, the airport’s director shall give preference to the applicant or applicants who have had the least opportunity during the preceding thirty calendar days to conduct permitted activities.
- If there are more than seven applicants for a permit at a given time, the airport’s director shall give preference to the applicant or applicants who have had the least opportunity to conduct permitted activity during the preceding thirty calendar days.
- If there are more than seven applicants for a permit at a given time, and no basis exists for granting preference among them according to prior opportunity to conduct permitted activities, the applicants shall be given preference in the order in which their applications were filed.
- The provisions of this section shall likewise apply to the determination of the location of permitted activities if any conflict exists between the locations sought by applicants.
