Section 12.04.035 Ticket Selling Prohibited
No person shall sell tickets to the public at a city public assembly facility, as described in SMC 10.10.050, or on a public sidewalk immediately adjacent to a city public assembly facility for an event held at a city public assembly facility for a period of twenty-four hours before the event unless the person is an authorized agent of the agency or entity responsible for the sale of event tickets.
