Article I. Private Project Cost Recovery – Latecomer Agreements

Section 12.13.040 Ownership of System
  1. To be eligible, a transportation project must comply with all City ordinances, rules and regulations applicable to the design and construction of the transportation project.
  1. Upon approval of the latecomer agreement the constructed transportation project becomes the property of the City.
    1. Maintenance and operation costs of the system are the responsibility of the City.
