The following definitions are derived from the City of Spokane sewer code, originally codified and adopted as Title 13 SMC by Ordinance C26294, passed October 12, 1981, as amended. The prior version of this chapter was a recodification passed October 15, 2007, as Ordinance C34122, as amended. These definitions apply to the entire chapter unless otherwise stated or clearly indicated from the context.
