Section 13.03.0113 “Building Drain”
“Building drain” is that part of the lowest piping of a drainage system which receives the discharge from piping inside the walls of a structure or building to a point two feet outside the outer face of a structure, wall or foundation and conveys it to the sewer or to an on-site sewage disposal system.
