Chapter 13.03 Sewers

Article I. Definitions

Section 13.03.0169 “Private Sewer”

  1. “Private sewer” is a sewer:

    1. not controlled or maintained by a public authority;

    2. serving two or more buildings, residences or properties;

    3. constructed by private contract.
       
  2. In general a private sewer differs from a side sewer in that it serves more than one building or structure.
