Chapter 13.03 Sewers

Article I. Definitions

Section 13.03.0185 “Wastewater Maintenance Supervisor”

  1. “Wastewater maintenance supervisor” is a City official who reports to the director and is responsible for inspecting the work of crews engaged in public sewer construction activity, including extensions, repairs, maintenance and new construction.
     
  2. This person oversees repair, maintenance and cleaning operations for public sewers.
     
  3. This person also regulates construction, use and maintenance of publicly-owned catch basins and drains.
     
  4. This person inspects on-site sewage disposal systems in coordination with the health officer.
