Section 13.03.1608 Monitoring Results Public
Results of monitoring shall be public information and records thereof shall be open to public examination upon request to the Wastewater Director unless the individual user requests otherwise and presents an affidavit that release of such information would allow others to determine therefrom information regarding proprietary processes or operations.
