Chapter 13.05 Interference with Utilities

Section 13.05.030 Notice of Violation

 

  1. Whenever it shall appear that any person has violated, or is about to violate, any provision of this chapter, the Wastewater Director and/or Water Director shall notify such person to remove the matters or things declared unlawful in this chapter.
    1. Such notice shall specify the time within which such cause shall be removed, which shall be not more than ninety days.
  1. If said notice shall not be complied with as required by the terms of such notice, then the Wastewater Director or Director of Water and Hydroelectric Services is authorized and empowered to do the matters and things required of the person upon whom said notice shall be served and the cost and expense shall be figured by the Wastewater Department or Department of Water and Hydroelectric Services and the same shall be paid by the person.
