Chapter 13.08 Private Utility Cost Recovery
Section 13.08.010 Purpose of Chapter
Pursuant to the authority conferred in the Municipal Water and Sewer Facilities Act, chapter 35.91 RCW, this chapter is enacted to encourage the private construction of municipal water and sewer systems by providing means for the recovery of the costs of installation through a charge to later users of the systems who did not contribute to the capital costs thereof.
