Section 15.01.265 Transportation Management Association (TMA)
“Transportation management association (TMA)” means a group of employers or an association representing a group of employers in a defined geographic area. A TMA may represent employers within the City, or may have a sphere of influence that extends beyond City limits to include areas and cities within Spokane County.
