Chapter 15.06 Preservation of Salvageable Materials

Section 15.06.050 Authority of the Historic Preservation Officer

 

  1. The Historic Preservation Officer may adopt rules and procedures necessary to implement and enforce the provisions of this chapter. Any Public Rule shall be adopted pursuant to Chapter 03.14 of the Spokane Municipal Code.
  1. With consent of the property owner or applicant, the Historic Preservation Office may conduct site visits to provide assistance to a property owner or applicant and contractors complying with the provisions of this chapter.
