Chapter 16A.63 Golf Cart and Alternative Vehicle Zones
Section 16A.63.080 Sidewalks and Parking
All operators of a golf cart authorized under this chapter shall be familiar with and comply with the requirements and restrictions of SMC 16A.61.787, and for the purposes of this chapter consider themselves as defined in SMC 16A.61.787 as a non-motorized vehicle for the purposes of ensuring pedestrian safety.
