Chapter 16A.63 Golf Cart and Alternative Vehicle Zones

Section 16A.63.090 Penalty for Noncompliance

Failure of any operator to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall be a class I civil infraction. In addition, all golf cart operators utilizing the roadways under the provisions of this chapter shall also be subject to the full force and effect of the provisions established under chapter 16A.61 SMC and the provisions adopted under chapter 16A.02 SMC, Model Traffic Ordinance.
