Chapter 16A.83 Traffic Schools
Section 16A.83.010 Traffic School Authorized – Prior Acts Ratified
The traffic school operated by the City of Spokane police department is hereby formally established, authorized, and approved in accordance with the terms and conditions of RCW 46.83.010. Any actions of the police department consistent with the authority and prior to the effective date of this chapter are hereby ratified and affirmed.
