Chapter 17A.030 Transition to Title 17 Land Use Regulations
Section 17A.030.020 General Rules of Interpretation
Except as otherwise provided, all permits and land use approvals lawfully issued pursuant to repealed provisions of Title 11 SMC or pursuant to a chapter 11.19 SMC zoning classification no longer applicable to the property shall remain in full force and effect for two years from the effective date of repeal or zoning reclassification or until the expiration date of the respective permit or approval if the date is less than two years from the effective date of repeal or zoning reclassification.
All conditions associated with a project permit related mitigated determination of non-significance (MDNS) issued pursuant to the Washington State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) remain in effect in all cases unless the MDNS is amended.
