Chapter 17D.020 Financial Guarantees
Section 17D.020.040 Assistance in Determining Estimated Costs
The director of engineering services may consult with one or more persons with special knowledge or expertise in determining the amount of a financial guarantee under this chapter. The applicant shall pay the actual costs of this consultation prior to the director of engineering services accepting the financial guarantee and signing the project agreement under SMC 17D.020.060.
