Chapter 17D.080 Voluntary Impact Fees

Section 17D.080.080 Calculation of Impact Fees

A department calculates the impact fee set forth in the fee schedule by taking into consideration the following:

  1. The service area.
     
  2. The type of development proposed in the service area.
     
  3. The cost of the public facilities necessitated by the development.
     
  4. An adjustment to the cost of the public facilities for past or future impact fees, or dedications of property made in lieu of the impact fee.
     
  5. The public funds dedicated to the public facilities; and
     
  6. The method used by the City to finance construction of the public facilities.
