Chapter 17D.090 Erosion and Sediment Control
Section 17D.090.100 Director May Perform Requirements at Expense of Responsible Party
Where a responsible party fails to perform any requirement of this chapter in full, the director may do so at the expense and liability of the responsible party. Prior to acting, the director may give such advance notice or warning as may be deemed proper under the circumstances.
