Section 17D.090.130 Erosion and Sediment Control Plan for Non-permitted Activities
If non-permitted ground disturbing activities violate provisions of this chapter, the responsible party may be required to submit an erosion and sediment control plan to demonstrate what measures will be revised or added to comply with the requirements of this chapter.
