Chapter 17D.090 Erosion and Sediment Control
Section 17D.090.140 Acceptance or Denial of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan
The erosion and sediment control plan shall be reviewed by the director. If the director finds that the plan complies with this chapter, it shall be accepted. Such acceptance shall be indicated on the plan documents. The accepted plan shall not be changed, modified, or altered without authorization from the director. All development regulated by this chapter shall be done in accordance with the accepted plan. If the director accepted only a portion of the plan, development may commence on only that portion of the site for which the plan has been accepted.
