Section 17D.090.240 Administrative Service Fees
Where staff time is required to perform enforcement or other administrative services under this chapter not otherwise covered by permit or other fees and specific to an identifiable responsible party, such service time is billed to the responsible party at an hourly rate of fifty dollars per hour, in quarter hour increments, with a minimum charge of fifty dollars, in addition to any other costs or expenses incurred by the City. All fees collected shall be segregated and used exclusively for such enforcement services.
