Chapter 17D.090 Erosion and Sediment Control
Section 17D.090.300 Stop Work
Whenever any work is being performed contrary to the provisions of this chapter, the director may order the work stopped by notice in writing served on any persons engaged in the doing or causing such work to be done, and posted at the site, and any such persons shall forthwith stop such work until authorized by the enforcing official to proceed with the work. Notice shall also be given to the property owner. Violations of a stop work order are enforced as any other violation.
