Chapter 17E.010 Critical Aquifer Recharge Areas – Aquifer Protection

Article II. Implementation

Section 17E.010.070 Enforcement Action – By Designation

  1.  In addition to critical review actions, the critical review officer may designate any existing land use, installation, action, site or premises as subject to critical review upon reasonable cause and require any owner, agent, occupant or other person responsible for the management or in control of a specified site, installation, premises or activity thereon to perform a critical review and comply with requirements established thereby.
     
  2. When required hereunder a critical review statement or supplemental statement is to be filed within twenty days or other reasonable time set by the critical review officer.
