Section 17E.010.130 Enforcement – Examination of Critical Review Statement
Upon examination of the critical review statement and/or other records and information and the uses and occupancy of premises or property, the critical review officer may deny or approve the critical review action application or revoke or suspend any license or permit previously granted. The officer may temporarily or provisionally approve the application pending the fulfillment of specified conditions or take such other action deemed appropriate to enforce this chapter or other applicable laws.
