Section 17E.010.430 Permit Issuance – Duration

  1. The fire official issues all permits required under this article.

  2. Operational permits shall be effective for one year after the date of issuance. The fire official may adjust the date of issuance and length of a permit to accommodate inspection schedules and administrative convenience.
