Chapter 17F.020 Alternative Methods and Materials for Mixed-use Residential Buildings
Section 17F.020.010 General
The provisions of this chapter may be used to design and construct mixed-use buildings as an alternative to complying with the Spokane building regulations adopted in this title and the Washington state building council. Buildings designed and constructed under this chapter shall comply with all provisions of this chapter. Where a provision in this chapter is in conflict with the International Building Code, the provision of this chapter shall take precedence.
