Chapter 17F.030 Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code

Section 17F.030.150 Boiler Inspector

  1. The boiler inspector is a state-qualified employee, commissioned by the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors, designated by the building official.
     
  2. A privately employed insurance inspector commissioned by the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors who carries a current Washington State work card is authorized to make the inspections of boilers under this chapter in the stead of the city boiler inspector, except the first installation inspection.
