Section 17F.050.010 Adoption of the National Electrical Code
  1. The National Electrical Code, current adopted Edition, as published by the National Fire Protection Association, is the electrical code for the City.
  1. The rules and regulations of the State department of labor and industries, contained in chapter 296-46B WAC (except WAC 296-46B-906, WAC 296- 46B-907, WAC 296-46B-908, WAC 296-46B-909, and WAC 296-46B- 911) are adopted as amendments and interpretations of the National Electrical Code.
  1. Persons doing electrical work are also required to comply with the state electrical installations laws.
  1. The National Electrical Code is further modified by the local amendments as provided in this chapter.
