Section 17F.050.110 Barricade Lighting

A person installing lighting in a public passageway which is part of a construction barricade must:

  1. install the wiring in metal raceways but may use flexible connections where sections of the barricade are to be removed;
     
  2. use lamps of at least one hundred watts;
     
  3. space lamps not more than thirty feet apart;
     
  4. install metal or glass guards over lamps;
     
  5. use red lamps at the extremities of the barricade and at sixty-feet intervals along the vehicular traffic side.
