Section 17F.070.130 Substandard Building Defined
A "substandard building" is a building which fails to meet the minimum standards of this chapter. In the generic sense the term includes "substandard buildings" and "unfit buildings" and "boarded-up buildings" as these terms are more fully defined and described herein.
