Chapter 17F.100 Plumbing Code

Section 17F.100.070 Plumbing Inspector

1. The plumbing inspector is the building official or a designated employee.

2. The plumbing inspector has responsibility to:

1. 1. process applications for permits;

1. 2. inspect fixtures, appliances and installations;

1. 3. make and promulgate rules, regulations and interpretations of the plumbing code;

1. 4. initiate proceedings, including prosecutions, to enforce the plumbing code;

1. 5. maintain records of permits, inspections and other administrative activities.
