Section 17G.041.010 Purpose

 

  1. The purpose of design review is to ensure that new development and significant redevelopment achieve a minimum quality of design, enhance livability, and improve the quality and characteristics of the surrounding area.
  1. Design review is applied to public projects and structures to uphold the highest design standards and ensure neighborhood compatibility.
