Section 10.70.150 Violation Deemed a Nuisance
Violation of SMC 10.70.050, SMC 10.70.070 or 10.70.090 is a nuisance. Any individual who is harmed by the nuisance may file a civil action for abatement pursuant to chapter 7.48, RCW.
