Section 12.02.0464 Obstructions – Malls and Walkways
- Malls and walkways continuing from skywalks through buildings shall be maintained reasonably clear of obstructions so as to permit the skywalk system to effectively function in accordance with its purpose, to move pedestrian traffic rapidly within congested areas of the City.
