Section 12.02.0492 Arbitration – Procedures
- The arbitration shall be by three MAI qualified appraisers acting pursuant to this article to establish a fair and equitable method of sharing costs.
- Any party desiring such arbitration shall give written notice to the other parties and to the city clerk and shall nominate one arbitrator. The other parties shall, within ten days’ time, nominate a second arbitrator, and the third arbitrator shall be chosen by the mayor of the City.
- All costs of arbitration shall be borne equally by the parties involved, with no cost of expense being incurred by the City.
