Section 12.02.0518 Assignment – Relinquishment
- A permittee may assign or relinquish permit privileges and obligations with approval of the city council, subject to conditions the council imposes.
- A permittee relinquishing privileges may be required to remove the skywalk in like manner as if the permit were revoked or had expired.
