Section 13.03.0139 “Natural Outlet”
“Natural outlet” is any outlet into a watercourse, pond, ditch, lake or other body of surface water or groundwater. It does not include connections to the City of Spokane POTW, authorized on-site sewage or stormwater disposal systems, or other authorized sewage disposal mechanisms or systems.
