Chapter 13.03 Sewers
Article I. Definitions
Section 13.03.0195 “Special Side Sewer”
- “Special side sewer” is a side sewer connected to a lateral or other public or private sewer which is outside the normal service area of said sewer, as determined by the Wastewater Director in the exercise of sound discretion.
- Unless otherwise indicated or required by the context, all side sewer requirements apply to special side sewers.
