Chapter 13.03 Sewers
Article I. Definitions
Section 13.03.0195 “Special Side Sewer”
- “Special side sewer” is a side sewer connected to a lateral or other public or private sewer which is outside the normal service area of said sewer, as determined by the director of wastewater management in the exercise of sound discretion.
- Unless otherwise indicated or required by the context, all side sewer requirements apply to special side sewers.
