Article I. Definitions
Section 13.03.0223 Wastewater Hauler.
“Wastewater hauler” is a firm permitted to collect and transport materials removed from onsite grease control devices or septic tanks that may be discharged to a local POTW or discharged to a rendering facility. The Wastewater Director may approve industrial waste on a case-by-case basis.
