Article III. General Requirements
Section 13.03.0314 Non-standard Strength Sewage – Special Arrangements
- Non-standard strength sewage must be made to conform to standard strength sewage consistent with the requirements of this chapter prior to discharge into the POTW at the generators or source’s sole expense and liability.
- The Wastewater Director may, however, by special agreement or arrangement accept non-standard strength sewage subject to additional charges and terms as the Wastewater Director deems appropriate.
